HR Policy - No flexiblity. Micromanagement. Sr Management does not trust there employees, treat very badly since last 1 year on Teams call. They treat extremely bad, and humiliate you in front other departments also, just to show that they are superior. Sr Management is only making money, and earning profits, while the middle and lower management are being tortured. Company Sr management looks clueless, as they do not have any future strategy for survival, and for increasing revenue. Creating pressure in employees, is actually leading to downfall in business, as there is no motivation, neither in terms of rewards nor recognition.
