I like to appreciate only HR for their independent work culture but the most head ache is the Administration, The entire Administration teams are involved in illegal parking collection with the Parking Mafia and stolen employees vehicle by stealer. Moonlight relationship between Admin and Mafia is going on, but nobody trying to resolve the issues. Actually sir Maneger and admin behavior so rude and all seniors time pass in office time.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
