The permanent work from home opportunity is the only thing which is good about this startup.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this organization, marked by naivety at the top management level. The leadership is highly unprofessional, often belittling employees while boasting about themselves. Despite being a startup, they are already facing financial issues, which leads them to lay off employees within a month, without giving them enough time to familiarize themselves with the company and its operations. Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are initiated as early as 15 days into employment. If you fall sick and request leave, they demand medical reports and blood tests; otherwise, those days are marked as unpaid leave. The management is highly unempathetic. They frequently remind employees on calls that salaries are coming directly from their pockets and demand results even during holiday periods in the USA. The founder displays a pseudo-intellectual attitude, contributing to a toxic work culture. Their involvement in US staffing is equally unprofessional, as they lack even a basic understanding of the industry. The focus is more on feeding egos than accomplishing real work.
