1) Freshers have time to build full application from scratch without any pressure. 2) Work load is not here. 3) CEO is very supportive and she can understand all of your situation and help you as much is possible.

1) After you get the experience your salary increment is very less. 2) Seniors are not doing his job and just passing the time so it impact to juniors. 3) Company rules are not same for everyone. 4) Company politics are so much here, some employees only doing this not focusing his on work.
