The Overall People working there is good.

They like to use underhand tactics and bypass their contract and lure you into stupid contracts such as if you leave before 12 months after accepting appraisal you have to give up on your 1-2 month salary, which they won't mention during appraisal or write on appraisal form but pass it as internal rule etc without ever informing youuntil the time you decide to leave. This is just a minor example, they use much worse things than this. Many of my coworkers had to give up their 1-2 month salary to get out, i, fortunately, was able to get out of this situation somehow after holding multiple meetings. I am working here from past 6 years now which itself proves the level of working environ Apptunix has been creating from past 12 years cheers to the HR department for being soo great and cool when it come to handling any situations
