I have worked in Appsuccessor Media Pvt. Ltd. for approx 2 years, a few months back I got an opportunity from different organization. I like the company because it has flexible working hours, Stress free environment, No hard & fast rules. Multiple outings & parties has been arranged for the refreshment at regular intervals. Overall It was nice working experience I have had over there !!

I recently gave interview and experience was good. I could not clear the technical task level was stuck at task 3 but it was fun and challenging. The mentor assigned to me was very helpful and cleared doubts too but they also expect you to do as much possible by yourself to check practical knowledge.

The HR policies are some of the silliest I have ever seen, they haven’t even heard of an exit interview with the manager. It seems like they only want to hire workers and not thinkers, though there is autonomy but it only goes so far. There is little to no training or any guidance from the manager. Funniest thing is you aren’t evenallowed to talk to your peers or else they will change your shift days. Your projects can go to a new person on a random Tuesday and you won’t even know and suddenly your work will be passed off as someone else’s. That being said they also don’t know how to follow a job description they hire for one thing and then give you tasks that are completely unrelated. On top of that the HR doesn’t seem proficient in writing experience letters either. Worst Company Don't join. If you're fresher or intern don't join this company they just talk sweet to you make you feel good and say they have long term plans but don't fall for this. No mentorship nothing you are your own. they will give you project and thats it you need to complete it if you don't they will drop you because there is no mentorship and no team with you. you just need to complete the project and if you talk about project with someone they will separate you from others. No need to talk and if you talk with other colleagues they will call you in cabin and say don't talk to anyone. Seriously Boring company just go work and go 0 work environment. And nothing new to learn. The boss only have right attitude He thinks he is always right and knows everything but he knows nothing. and HR will spy on you what you are doing whom you are talking and backbitte about you. they told you to be professional but they're not even professionals they don't know how to treat colleuges.
