The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Good place to work who want to build a career. Very friendly and supportive management.

The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.

Team Lead has no logical point while discussions, no encouragement, no proper strategy for skill development, very poor management, HR is terrible and what not. there is a very bit list.

For a fresher you will get a great exposure on salesforce technologies. Gold salesforce partner company Supportive Management and Every employee is same, there is no dominance
