Apposite is a great place to kick start your career where you can learn skills and knowledge regarding elearning and others from basics. Although, it is a small team of 20-30 people, it gives the best outputs to the clients and maintains good relationship with the clients. Apposite mainly focuses on the quality of their work and wants to give the best to the client regardless of the cost, which gives the work satisfaction when you give the beat to the client. It is a good working place who wants the challenges everyday in their work by inventing new things creatively and logically. Like every other work environment, it has politics but does not effect who stay away from them. Team needs to work as a team but not as an individual and should be ready to learn everything from their department.

Work Details

I started my career in Apposite as a learning content developer who develops the elearning courses and also, do other miscellaneous things. And they recognized my hard work and promoted me as Assisstant manager for the development team.
