Everyone on the team is very warm and welcoming. I have been working here for the past 5 months (WFH) and there hasn't been any kind of bad experience. There is no pressure as such if you complete your day-to-day tasks on time and neatly. Salary is competitive too. Overall a good working experience.

The work environment turned from supportive to toxic over the last two years. After the layoffs last year, they started micromanaging and assigning extra work to everyone. Especially, the Operations Head only saw the R in HR and said that out bluntly on calls. There was no regard for work-life balance and I often had to work long past my working hours almost everyday.
