Worst Company Ever. I suggest never join this company due to company politics if you have connections with CEO then join this company you will get paid with good amount but if you dont then please dont join. They have not given me appraisal for 1 year and when I asked them they say company's sales are not good but at the same time they gave 100% appraisal to INTERNS(Having Connections With CEO). When you are serving notice period and you get ill then they would not consider that even if you are dieing and admitted in the hospital they are least concern they want their work to be done and HR cut your leave from your salary. Nothing worst company no work life balance and all the blame for delay will be on you if u are new there i request everyone please don't join there are other companies good but don't waste your time here they will make u work late night without any benefit and if u don't work they will blame u for the delay in project. You will not gain any knowledge there they will make u work on projects that language u don't know only and later blame u for delay and all so please don't even go for the interview waste of time this company should be closed they think employee are machine they can work 14 16 hours daily and even they make u work on weeknd and also they will call u during sleep to work and don't even give leave worst company ever . please don't go there let this company closed for greater good ....Read More
