Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Applied AI or at the worlds largest private company, there is no job security. BUT, if you are a TOP performer, then even in BAD markets, you will always have job security. AAIC recommends to be on top of AI in this dynamic nature of the AI industry which requires adaptability, learning on their own attitude. AAIC does not believe in providing hand holding and spoon feeding to adults to train themselves like in the old days. We expect a US like performance based culture where each employee is expected to use AI LLM tools to continuously self upgrade themselves. If something is urgent for the company, company will provide the tools, training, and resources. We prioritize creating a stable and supportive work environment, but having a 'learning DNA' is expected from each employee. If you believe you do not have a learning DNA, you wont like AAIC, and there wont be job security for you. If you come with a consistent learning DNA, you will perform better and better, clients will love you, and you will never face job security issues even in the AI market.
