It has the best work culture anyone could ever expect for. No micro-management, No compulsion on working hours, Full freedom. I bet you will continously learn new things which we can never expect that we could actually do this. The founders and other employees make sure you feel like home while working here. Also they make sure youare paid well as per the industry standard and completely justifying your capabilities as well. Multiple events are consistently being organized by the HRs to maintain the interaction due to which everyone can relax and take a break from work. No work pressure involved and everyone performs well because the love what they do and not just as a duty. I can guarantee that the thought of resigning would never strike your mind while working at AAIC. The company policies and many other things are formulated in such a good manner that I always feel overwhelmed and I say to myself that 'Why cant all companies do the same'. Some seniors are not helpful at all and trouble is when they are reporting to your manager for your performance. Due to their miscommunication and strange behavior (including no KT and any help for learning new tech) you are getting affected resulting in low performance or even worst. Solution?
