They will not give proper appraisals to an employee and there is not security of job, they will fire employee without reason. The leaves also very less compare to other organizations.

Employee engagement activities are organized here…I feel it is a really thoughtful and effective initiative taken by the management to develop good bond among all, and also adding a relief for the employees from the routine work schedule. And, I really loved to see that everyone participates fully supporting the program initiative.

I work here as a team lead, and I feel blessed that I have a great team. Everyone is very good at their jobs. Many a times I learn something new from them. Being a team lead I never had to over exaggerate any task to my team. They all are really good at understand things.
