Pathetic Experience, I'll not suggest anyone to join Appasamy Associates.

Dislikes

No chance of promotion, so much politics, manager supporting and giving promotion to the ones who licking his shoes, no incentives, office environments are not good, so much sales pressure, if you do sell in one month and next month you are not able to achieve targets manager will insult you in front of everyone, zonal managers language and attitude need to be change, he is so rude and using unprofessional words in name of monthly sales review meeting, he don't have any idea of scenario of market he don't know how deal and communicate with the drs, why he is on that position no one knows *Leaving this company after working one and half years here's are my observations* -Sales pressure is too much -unachievable monthly targets -Company policies getting worse day by day, -The one and only big problem is zonal manager (his attitude and unprofessional behaviour and words) -Overall staff and other team mates are good but some are playing politics to come in good book of manager -Manager is not supportive because he don't know how to make sales and communicate with customers and his team -manager never appreciate anyone's efforts he questioning all the time saying like "you are getting free salary & expenses" - so much personal attacks/questioning by manager in meeting in front 10-15 colleagues...Read More
