Company has very old senior people. No ERP system or any other software you will definately learn if you join a big company. Company still prefers paper filing and human memory. Opportunity to learn is as limited as much as in other companies. No boss teaches you. You have to introduce your own ideas. No health insurance, PF etc. company takes one month salary as security.
