Worst place to work. No even training or induction or orientation while onboard. Beside everyone has job insecurity tobshare knowledge, people constantly working under fear that their job at risk if they share their knowledge. 2) you will get open threat on floor and if you ask to your manager or HR they just give u 1 hour speech but nobody have enough guts or dare to take action against that savage employee, Sr or manager prefer lap of old people when something happen unexpected. 3) no proper Increment, i think this is the only organisation where no annually Increment. 4) so managers are so lazy that they even dont work in their dream also. 5) open threats on floor and bullying culture.
