Horrible company they will just screw your life will give u all pressure you have compoffs and leaves which your area manager will never want to give you .you have to beg for that .work life is not balanced they always have shortage of staffs and you have to work straight shifts and cancle offs. Area managers and operations managers are boss of company which top management can never see and never review them. Hiring same nationality or favouritism keeps happening.it depends on mood if they want to pay you overtime they will say its not approved so no OT.if your area manager dnt like your face he will keep transferring you from one place to another to harras you. Area managers and operations managers have remote control of company. HR will never listern you if you have to take any issue to them they will just follow area managers orders. Worst work culture especially of the CRM department. Manager CRM has no way to talk..nothing looks professional..full of politics and pressure with zero work..no work life balance..no job security..they spoil you career if you act as a professional...I would say never start with this company if you are looking for a good career.

Everything..especially the person sitting in the CRM Department..Mr. Prasenjit Mitra who use slang language for juniors and indulge in politics always with no work.
