On time salary Good people in local level Great team in SBU level Supportive work culture Everything good regarding local team and mid level management

Dislikes

Higher management is bringing on unnecessary pressure. NRC ( daily followups and customer calls) No trust in sales and service team Company does back end calls to the dealers to ask for employee performance. Very poor appraisal system Company is earning profit but they are not passing down the line. Restricted growth opportunities.They have kept their prices high in the month of aug and September in comparison to MRF and now when they lost market share they are blaming the sales force...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
