Initially there was lot to learn. Timely salary Good brand image in market so it was easier to appoint dealers

There will be almost zero growth . ABU manager job is a dead end. There is almost zero chance of ABU managers becoming RBU heads. Initially , appraisal was good and completely based on merit but since last 2 years it is as per the wish of seniors which directly impacts your willingness to perform and thereby leading to lot of attrition in the last year. Saturday working( officially it is half day but actually you need to work more than a normal weekday). NRC - Company has no faith in its field team , so now they have started to keep track of visits and also cross checking with dealers/customers. If you have worked on a Sunday and want to take comp off then they will judge you and speak in your back about it. Your manager can take leave whenever he wants but if you want it then he will give you gyan that you should inform well in advance etc...Read More

Learning has been tremendous and confidence has been developed which is going to help me in getting a better opportunity else where. Company has some great products and commands customer loyalty in some segments..Believe you me, it's the best indian tyre company to work for.

Dislikes

Saturday is a working day. Though officially it's a half day still culture here is to make it a full day. This is due to old employees who treat it as a government job. Travel reimbursement policy is terrible.

Growth is slow, front line employee is least bother for company, work life balance is very poor, sales targets are very high and should be achieve, working times is very poor..

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product range and after sales service, handling customers and dealers is difficult to at once.
