Company has a very good quality & a very good range of product, customers (Domestic & Global) are accepting very well, Company targeting for change management and so far doing well, Administrative support is highly appreciated, Person is working from various culture & background, Most of the things are good and overall I love my company and happy to part of the team Apollites.

Dislikes

Apollo tyres have to move on global mindset or approach still some of the management members are not willing to accept new things, Daily services are also needed to improve to the next level.

Work Details

I am working in the Process Technology Development department, my job is slightly challenging to collaborate & coordinate with all the plant technology people to develop new technology, improve the existing/running process, support with CFT approach,etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
