I am work in Apollo tyres as a apprentice & neem , we don't have a job secure, 1 year apprentice then 3 years neem after that management will discuss to hire for permanent employee or not . They're hire only that person who has good performance in 4 year.

Dislikes

Rotation shift , I don't like Night shift . This is my open opinion.😊

There have more flexible , and work balance is too good, every one is friendly, invironment is Excellence Their give more important to everyone, their admit that"apollo one family" i said about apollo chennai plant .

Dislikes

More issues is there, when i need to take emergency leave for health issue, they create pressure and asked to come for duty.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good etc..

Dislikes

I can't like this type of job There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
