Company is growing at best pace. Some departments like marketing, sales, audit GBS are dream to work for. But core department like Purchase nd accounts are the worst having typical conservative bosses who joined here and are heading towards retirement. They don't like a bit of new ideas especially juniors. Some time feels racially abused when do not even invited for departmental information like new tasks or organisation goals. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
