Company is growing at best pace. Some departments like marketing, sales, audit GBS are dream to work for. But core department like Purchase nd accounts are the worst having typical conservative bosses who joined here and are heading towards retirement. They don't like a bit of new ideas especially juniors. Some time feels racially abused when do not even invited for departmental information like new tasks or organisation goals. You just have to adhere to there orders without asking for the end results or timeline. Everything is urgent once shoot out of there mouth...Read More
