The top management was good whilst recruiting as well whenever the reviews were conducted. Upon reaching the workplace, at Chennai, it was worst. Initially the reporting manager behaved decent till 15 days. Then the manipulation work started. Informing my direct reporting staff, not to share information regarding the work, the established processes and the shortfalls, lacunas discussed. Always, spoke bad, about me to the low level staff. Was always interfering into my works, wherein the reporting manager had no role at all in the daily operations. Always, called and threatened, abused, sometimes irrelevant shoutings were given in the daily reporting times....Read More

Dislikes

The reporting manager created rifts between me and the others. coerced the staff, for sharing the information. Work Environment was ruffled, spoiled the same reporting manager. As such the low level staff were also demotivated, due to lack of training, very low salaries. Politics was the worst, at it's sheer peak.
