Dislikes

Though Weekly offs are fixed as per no.of available employees in a outlet. It is being disturbed frequently. Hence ,holidays can not be planned properly with family members and personal life is effected.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
