Nothing is likable here. Even after leaving I hear from my old co workers who had been working for 3 years that there is not much salary increment . And every other employee except for pharmacist are treated badly.

Dislikes

Everything is bad and no respect to the employee. Hr blocked everyone's numbers as soon as anyone asks about quitting. A good company should guide their employees to the end.

Some persons are not like pharmacist they treat us as we are their enemy... Some colony more-helabottola brunch some persons are very bad.. A pharmacist need to be a sweeper and cleaner due to staff shortage... But it's okay.... thanks

Knowledge skill is zero. Promotion is zero. Career growth is zero. Learning is zero. All non tecnical staff present in every apollo branch. They doesn't have basic knowledge of medicine. (Life saving drugs, emergency drugs, oncology drugs, gynaecology drugs, orthopedic drugs, neurology drugs etc.......) They doesn't know about the role and duties about the pharmacist. There roles are only to sale-sale only apollo stupid products. Those pharmacist are working in this organization are totally uneducated in entire india. My request is to all freshers (pharmacist) think twice before joining in this organization....Read More

As a jr. Pharmacist you don't get any respect so don't think of that .. you are pharmacist at your home not here..... Here everyone one knows better than you. You have to do Home delivery... Either you are B.pharm pharmacist or D.pharm .. no matter what you are .. keep that in mind . you will regret your decision after some timeand questioning yourself why you have done pharmacy...just to be a delivery boy. Forgot about the incriment . If you are bachelor and not a settle person with wife and children... Take the risk.... learn from here and switch or else you'll get stuck with only 12k salary..and you are at your 30s you will only earn 20-25 k per month where others and your friends earn more than you... As a Pharmacist, I never expected that I would experience this kind of work culture, 1. No respect of Pharmacist, being treated like a sales person. 2. Assistants order to the Pharmacist in order to complete the work rather than helping. 3. Lots of sale pressure, in generic categories medicine, their own private label products, and other FMCG products like baby diapers, Baby food, and other non pharmaceutical products. 4. They produce Sale targets specially in generic and private labels product, as a pharmacist you can't alter all the medicines with generic categories, even these generic categories medicines have same cost as compared to prescribed brands, some times it costs high. We have to perform push sale which is very irritating to the customers. 4. Most disgusting is that the we already have the prescribed medicines but we say no to the customers in order to achieve generic targets, because there is no option, as customer wants prescribed medicines only. 5. They call it pharmacy, but 50% products are non pharmaceutical products like hair oil , shampoo, deodrant, hair colour and many more things. 6. Push sale , their own private label products that you have to push every customers to buy, Like floor cleaner, toilets cleaner, wipes soaps they call it value deals , diabetics juice, blood sugar monitor to every diabetics patients which is not clinically proven, and other non pharamaceuticals 7. Pharmacist has to do home deliveries, racks cleaning, brooming , mopping, stock auditing, all expiry workouts, reminder calling, stock reconciliation, like every labour works, 8. After all of these You will realise that ur under paid , very unsatisfactory. I think they just need our licence, no need of this profession. It's very cozy, you don't have work pressure as compared to other companies, kind of like a government job. Your salary is also created in time, there's no issue about it

Dislikes

You will get 1000rs uprisal every year and by the time you are 30 years old you won't be earn even 30,000, Apollo is for those who has lot of hereditary money and doesn't need to work to hard
