The work pressure is very high, some times i have to worked more like other staff works and supervisor works,work load too much high on me. Ill suffered too much stressful work. My off duty time also i doing work in home, but they not give that much off value on my work. Managers and gm sirs liked too much my work and they sending training candidates only my outlet bcoz ill give good training and ill given good training but sirs are any time saying ill increase increase your salary yours post but they didn't changed any thing ill proofed my capacity in work but they always saying your girl we can't give high post. Why they thinking this im girl means what? im doing too much good then boys , then why should i back to new high post. ? New high post want thats way ill working harder than harder then why they people didn't give post what happened im girl ill opening and closing shop then they don't saw im girl?...Read More

About my work is starting to outlet opening at sharp 7am and my duty time is 7-4 but doing always more sometimes 7am-7pm, 7am-8pm, 7am-9pm, 7am-11pm and 11pm is closing time I'll doing work at closing time also bcoz staff problems and goods checking, etc
