All comes fine and Good related to work inside the store. But, the only worst thing is they will make employees to pay the store shortages even though the employees is not responsible for the caused losses. This is the worst culture I've ever seen in such reputated organization where I've held high respect towards this Apollo pharmacy and my whole family is the regular customers in Apollo pharmacy. There is no pressure at all we work like a team, almost all members are good by nature i never think that i m out of my hometown.It is a new family at gurgaon.

Dislikes

Some employees use local language,abusing words which is not a big deal for them but i don't like such type of words.In my thought low standard peoples use that type of words but unfortunately my coworkers use these words.
