No work life balance. The management calls you anytime to assign work be it late in the night or as early as 6:00 am in the morning. They make you work during the weekends with no extra pay. There is a constant salary delay of 3-4 months for last 3 years. No appraisals. If you want the salary to be paid on time, they will ask you to leave. Full of internal politics. Management is very realistic and good, they always encourage & give opportunities to grow, very good environment for learning, very good growth in your career, salary & apprasals are fair enough

Yeah every place you will face politics but i am sure no matter what politics play by individuals, you just have to relay on management, they see through the issues and help us out from all the injustice
