Regarding work culture, based on the present management staff, because of them, company is loosing the good working staffs, Job security: You can't rely on 100% job security, because if you follow the rules and policies and work wisely, if they don't want you, they will give pressure and make the people to quit the job

Dislikes

Manager level employees are ruling the company , thinking that they are the ruler, should have think that, they are also employee in the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
