There is job security. That is because they hire new candidates who themselves leave the organization after 3-6 months.

Dislikes

1. The work culture is absolutely toxic. Managers tend to micromanage, not only your work but also your personal life. They easily give you leaves but ask to work on those leaves from home, even if the leaves are taken for your own marriage kinda important events. 2. The working methodology, especially the operation vertical, is outdated. They don't maintain any software, so if one goes in this organization will have nothing to learn for future opportunities. 3. Managers are very biased towards which region the candidate is from. 4. Salary is much below the industry standard. 5. If you resign, they would threaten you of not giving your relieving letter. 6.
