Working in Apollo hospital 6 years have a good experience average type but growth is constrict .

Growth is constrict and salary increment is not much higher promotion is very delay the management is not focusing every employee properly for employee growth and enhancement. Work burden is very high in less staff. And stress level is very high.

There is no any kind of job security. Consultants and other intensivists are not being respected as well as defamation of the reputation of consultants and Drs is seen over there. Highly qualified candidates are not given the opportunity to work as well as work credit is being snatched by the seniors health care workers and the juniors are not respected professionally. The worst work culture you can find somewhere that is in Apollo. Managers doesn't behave like managers, but housekeeping staffs. The housekeeping staffs are more responsible, well behaved, organized than the managers, HR, or ops team & training. Training dept needs training itself. Managers needs to be managed. And the culture of work seems to be more like a club house than a office.

I like the apollo hospital very much.work life balancing and duty hours management is little bit challenging but I love to work there.I have gained lots of memories and appreciation there.The team I worked with is really a good and relaxing experience for me.My seniors taught me a lot and helped in the place wherever I need in a kind manner.I also had lots of benefits there including low fees hostel benefits.My first working place I won't forgive and forget that place.My overall experience is good and nice if I got a chance to work there again I am pleasure to work🤗☺️....Read More
