1- Leave issues. 2- Micro managing. 3- No job Security. 4- Poor Salary and Increment. 5- Poor work life balance. 6- Only alternate Saturday weekoff. 7- Less holidays. 8- Poor employees support. 9- Credibility stealing. 10- Terminate without giving reasons.

If you work on client side then you will learn so much, management is worst, no bonus, salary hike will depend on your performance, if any guy is odiya he or she will get more chance compare to other state guys.

Dislikes

To much of work pressure, you will get 2.5 pl every month but you are not able to use it because of work. Do not stay here if you have 4+ years of experience.
