I love the positive-minded people who work endlessly and tirelessly to achieve a common goal. I had a good experience working with APM but they focus their training/skill development on the top management and pay less attention to others who will end up doing the practical aspect of the job. Although the work-life experience was good, carrier growth needs to be looked into.
