Very good work life balance, generally management is very much co operative (There are some exceptional processes where they are not but generally they face high attrition due to the same)

Dislikes

Due to an annual bonus they do not give very good appraisal percentage, it is always below market.

This is a very good company to work for. I have rated low purely because of the manager and the No promotions

Dislikes

Company doesn't have policy of promotions. You need to either look for IJP or go outside the company. Also, there is no appraisal process and everyone gets same increments
