I have worked at ludhiana.Finally it was a avrage job.conpany culture was good and everyone talk with carefully.

Salery was very less.Performance is not matter of increasing salary and other allownces.Some selfish person are working at higher level and they did not think for field staff.

Apex working culture is good , seniors are not getting pressure to Junior regarding to targets . Friendly environment .

If i talk about team mates it was good, training by the best the best i have seen from from the bestm in the business be it head of the department Mr. T S Balasubranium Sir, Mr. Rashid Multani Sir or Mr. Vallabh it was training with fun, Job security was more than Excellent if i could rate, Sallary and appraisals were more than expected. Traveling not much of experienced apart from training at chennai and meeting at lonavala which were out standing, not an iota of politics, what ever i have learnt in my life be it personal or porfessional its from team tsb sir, rashid sir and vallabh sir, it felt like i was working with family members not an organisation, good innovative tecniques were used while promoting products e.g. 4 blud and femiguard gold campaings where too good, work life balance i learnt 1 thing from TSB Sir is than monday to saturday no family be it rain of shine and sundays and holidays no work which i followed and helped me a lot but it wasnt to much of load for outher teammates also. I have left the field due to my health issues but given a chance i would rather prefer the same team greenmilk under the guidance of TSB Sir, Rashid Sir and Sri Vallabha sir....Read More
