Work culture will be good and learning lot of troubleshooting techniques at pressure suitivation. Management favour to employee is average and company policy also same like.

Dislikes

Management favour to employee is bad , some politics is there. So I can't be handled easily.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
