If you are in the favor of school growth then Management support always with you but some mediators create mess and will always represent your negative image in front of top management and top management also measure your performance at same consent. That's very unethical.

In Apeeejay there were huge managerial staff, who give the order to junior staff but not provide the solution to the staff how to complete the work. In head office higher authorities like the people who can do the buttering and like that persons who always say boss is always right. they have the people on higher post who always take the credit of the junior's work.
