A loyal employee work to implement new ideas & strategies as per the situation that matches the company goals because he believes in company mission & values. Unfortunately some management staff without of much talent or work experience especially at project site create a unwarranted situation out of sheer jealousy to demorlized the staff without knowing how much sabotage he is making to the company which goes unnoticed to the top managent just to keep their ego, because now a days politics & ego has become part of system in company to jepordise the loyal & honest persons.
