Very Poor Management and Company Culture and Senior Behaviour like language is very Bad & no work satisfaction feel just like a labour and also three months notice period after confirmation what's this Salary time 20-25th for next month.

This is not suitable for the junior staff ,because the senior staff is misbehaving a lot with the junior staff, that is why everyone resign at the company and then the head of the company does not ask any of the staff what is the problem.
