Actually APC is not a company, its like a "Lala ji ki Dukaan" there is a lack of system office politics, major issue is no-sitting arrangement for sales team, no self respect, nothing for learning or training, career-growth for flatterers only, no innovation or travel policy, no professionalism, no independent working culture, very tuffest work schedule 9:00 to 6:30 pm, Two time office reporting is major problem for sales people.
