I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Offcourse i am so happy to working in aparna. Because its one of the biggest company in hyderabad. Especially aparna quality and the way of co-ordination with different department like MEP team / Qaqc team. Thats what i like about it.

Appraisal is not good at all, although we are working on holiday list and every sunday. But the managment is not taking any initiative about it...... And this is what i hate most😡
