India side AOL was managed very badly, too many useless MBA grad who did nothing but got fat pay checks, Techies (Phd/M.Tech) were ignored. Ignorant top man and his stupid strategies, groupism all contributed to best Techies either leaving the Organization or getting sacked. Quality of work became a dream as most good Techies were suppressed. Very bad and poor India management ruined it.

Work Details

I Managed groups of Techies for the AOL Search division. I had the opportunity to work with best Techies both from India,UK,USA and USA side Managers were great. Indian side Management failed but Tech work was excellent.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
