The HR dept is one of the best. I can vouch for it having worked in various banks. WLB is also satisfactory. Probably because I just started. Pay is really good. For now. Direct supervisor is really good. But it's rumored that, if a problem arises, they all wash their hands and you'll be blamed in entirety. Never faced such a thing so far. Hope I don't.

Lack of group dynamics. Everyone is on their own.
