It's been 5 months since I have been working with them and in these 5 months not a single day went when I could work in peace, there placement conversion is too low, they do not have any hold on the client, no interview as well as placement garuntee. Apart from the work they are more concerned about the outfits the employee is wearing, you cannot wear printed t-shirt, striped t-shirt, shaded jeans and hoodies as well as no leather jackets in winter, I would say it's more of a school than a workplace....Read More

Worst company ever, they never respect their employees thats why their company size are still same in 2 years that is 25. Because they never have any respect of their old employees

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
