It's been 5 months since I have been working with them and in these 5 months not a single day went when I could work in peace, there placement conversion is too low, they do not have any hold on the client, no interview as well as placement garuntee. Apart from the work they are more concerned about the outfits the employee is wearing, you cannot wear printed t-shirt, striped t-shirt, shaded jeans and hoodies as well as no leather jackets in winter, I would say it's more of a school than a workplace.

The manager do not take responsibility and take care of there subordinates

Worst company ever, they never respect their employees thats why their company size are still same in 2 years that is 25. Because they never have any respect of their old employees

Dislikes

they not give the document after resignation and also they force employee to quit theirself and blame employees that they leave without any prior notice.
