Worst decision of my life was joining this company. Regretted it in just 3 Days. Nothing to learn here and grow It's just waste of time ! Will not recommend a women to join this department specially .( Not for soft hearted) Business Head Avinash Bansode ( Frozen department head )is unprofessional, manner less , disrespectful and arrogant and thats the reason why his business is in loss !! ( Laxmi ki izzat nhi krega toh laxmi kese aayegi ) He is main reason of spoiling the company reputation. He is only good on giving threats ! I appreciate Mrs Gayatri shinde business head of fresh department. She knows how to handle business n make a healthy environment , job security n stress free environment for employees and that's the reason why employee in her department has worked more than 5+ yrs. It's say alot about the manager. Whereas in frozen department, business head Avinash bansode, there no one wants to join that department , n thats the reason why joiners are coming and leaving the company in just 2 months , bcoz of his rough language, here every single day is like a stress ful day here . You can't live in peace !! Company environment is more like a living in a jail . He will also make u work after officee hours ,if u won't listen to him , he will start giving threats ,even after knowing the company itself is in red alert area . Special note to Avinash Bansode business head! Before saying shit about others daughter , commenting on personal life , he should think even he has a daughter!!! They Don't know how to do business Avinash Bansode harass staff he doesn't know how to handle business just work like dumb. No opportunities no growth while working here even they don't deposit staff provident funds on time they do salary after 10th also delay salary everytime HOD sujata also doesn't know anything about business sheis illiterate don't cooperate with staff don't listen to their problems no ones knows why CEO Doesn't fired her yet. Also manager Shashikant adsule flirts with female employees and tries to touch them inappropriate. if you really want growth and opportunities don't join this company they don't give increment on performance basis they give on favoritism they don't have management for anything only illiterate family members working in company and scamming company...Read More
