Worse company, management is not good, no job security, HR is not supportive to employees, HR is remote control of senior management peoples, No work from home facility except HR and Senior Management, no company transport, no cafeteria, not good work environment, less budget for employees, financially weak, clients are taking of projects from Anunta because failure of providing services. Plz do not join this organisation. No job security at all - senior management peoples plays strong politics and ask employees to leave the organisation saying performance issue if your salary is high. Higher management was good, middle management got worse over the years. You’ve to do what they say even if that’s not a good approach. They force people to leave the organisation if they didn’t like you. Expecting performance considerations from middle management is waste. They think they are boss if everyone, has more ego.
