I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Tier 1 company, we can face customer audit could able to understand legal requirements for a fresher it is an good head start as HSE Engineer

1. Salary will be credited after 15 th of the month 2. We have to handle all the Bill's almost not paid for 3 to 4 months as outstanding amount 3. Not even spending amount properly on legal compliance no budgeting system if amount required need to request from delhi office no proper response from HQ 4. Most of the staff are not upto the staff category level
