I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. It's better to sit at home without job rather than working in ANTS DIGITAL. I don't have even a single positive word to say. Join company if you want to spoil your career and family.

1. You can't talk to the HR through mail/hangout as every mail or message that you send is read by the founder. She manages the account. 2. There is no finance team to help you with the salary and stuff. This part is also handled by the founder. 3. The place is dull because no one is happy. 4. The month I started working at ANTS, people started leaving and I thought what is wrong about this place, but now I know. I had 4 job offers but I chose this, and regretted everyday.
