Work is challenging and create curiosity to learn. US team is good.

Manager Politics Specially Mr. Shashidhar H L and Mr. Deviprasad. Literally they don't deserve to be manager. They are creating toxic environment. They are making people to leave for their advantage if that xyz person is threat to them. So result is don't keep Managers after few years otherwise they will play with employees emotions.

Management direction - for the first time I have ever heard of a company heading into Development Freeze and train it's employees, but the training was also role specific. Being a Scrum Master I have no clue why I should take a training on automation of test cases, branching strategy etc. Corporate Politics at full display, people are egoistic and when I mean people, I mean managers. Having worked across 7 managers in my corporate journey, for the first time ever I experienced a demoralizing impact. Zero professionalism - People never ask for one on one to discuss concerns, things happen on the fly even if it is a larger forum. Ther is nothing to like about this organization. As all the other IT organization works , it's also same. Most of the managers are working from 10 plus years and they think that it's their own house . They don't even upskill themselves and not even allow their team members also. Moreover this company has no discipline at all in all the ways.
